The Critical Swim Speed provides an estimate of your lactate threshold speed and you can use it as a guide to your training and track your progress. Pace alerts let you stay on top of your pace and hit your goals. Exercise logging allows you to record time and distance between exercises, such as legs only, one-arm swimming, or arm-only. And when you need a break, Garmin Swim 2 lets you track stops with two types of recovery timers.
