The Pulse Ox sensor allows you to measure the oxygen saturation in the blood during the day and while you sleep, to know the amount of oxygen absorbed by the body.
This feature uses chronological age, weekly strenuous activity, resting heart rate, and BMI or body fat percentage to gauge whether your body is younger or younger than your chronological age. Also, you can get tips for lowering your Fitness Age.
