To prevent injuries, there is nothing more crucial than training properly. We can accurately determine your overall effort, broken down into resistance level (0-100) and training effect (0-6). Did you exert too much resistance? COROS Trainer will warn you that it's time to rest. Based on your exertion level and training history, you will then be able to see a recommended recovery window before starting your next activity.
Equipped with tracking and navigation features, APEX can be your best tool when you need directions most. Routes are loaded and displayed on the grid as a breadcrumb trail with real-time direction and altitude information and alerts to help you get back on the route.

Stay on track
A standard track is 400m long, so why can't GPS devices do it right? With COROS 'new Track Run mode, a proprietary algorithm is used to ensure that runs and workouts on the track are accurately measured regardless of which lane you choose. Gone are the random zigzags across the pitch, or sharp-angled turns, replaced with the straights and smooth curves of the track, just like how you run through it.
Working with COROS Performance Optimization Device (POD), APEX is able to provide advanced running metrics in real time, including power and module data to help you transform into a smarter and more efficient runner.
